Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift at our Arlington, TX presort facility. The role partners with the operations team to meet productivity standards and ensure accurate mail flow and deadlines.

You will supervise production workers, hire and train staff, and ensure compliance with USPS regulations and internal reports. Proficiency in MS Excel/Access and MS Word is expected, with willingness to work weekends and a 12:30 AM–8:30 AM schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year supervisory experience in presort, mailroom or related areas.
• 2 years progressive experience in production or mailing industry.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and/or MS Access; basic Word, Internet and Email skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize mail flow on the production floor by assigning workers and assessing volumes to meet deadlines.
• Oversee production workers on the designated shift and manage interviewing, hiring, training, and performance.
• Ensure adherence to USPS regulations and internal reports; assist in job costing and communication between shifts.
• Support efficiency improvements in equipment use, working conditions, and staff motivation.
• Other duties as assigned.
