Job summary

GXO is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations, to lead a 2nd shift team in Pryor Creek, OK. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, schedule planning, and staff coaching to improve performance while ensuring high service quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to GXO quality and 7S program.
• Communicate with leadership and other departments.
