Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational functions in a cost-effective manner while ensuring we meet the needs of internal and external customers.

You will lead, inspire, and drive operational excellence at the facility, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Key responsibilities include leading daily shipments and inventory, coordinating production

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics leadership.
• Experience with warehouse fulfillment or e-commerce management on-site.
• Proven ability to manage teams and monitor KPIs.
