Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an Operations Team Lead to manage daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient, cost-effective service for internal and external customers. The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and KPI-driven performance, with a 7am–4pm, five-days-a-week schedule.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of leadership in fulfillment or e-commerce settings, strong WMS knowledge, and the ability to train and guide staff while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years leadership in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to monitor daily production goals and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and to stand, walk, and move equipment as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational flow by overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.
• Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to train staff and address employee issues to maintain open communication.
• Ensure productivity and quality by mentoring the team, monitoring KPIs, and preparing detailed operational reports for decision-making.
