Job summary

Iron Mountain in Haslet, TX is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead the Warehouse & Logistics team. You will manage day-to-day operations, optimize inventory, and develop production schedules to meet internal and external customer needs.

This full-time role runs 4pm–11pm, Monday–Friday, with a background check and drug screening post-offer. The job requires 2 years of warehouse leadership, knowledge of WMS, and ability to drive KPIs while maintaining safety and cost

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and KPI monitoring.
• Proven ability to supervise teams and resolve conflicts.

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operational functions in the most cost‑effective manner while ensuring we meet the needs of both internal and external customers. You will lead, inspire, and drive operational excellence at the facility, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

This opportunity is full time and 2nd shift from 4pm-11pm , Monday-Friday.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Lead daily operational functions by managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate warehouse inventory, and developing production schedules to ensure the timely completion of all job assignments.
• Collaborate with direct reports and other business areas to provide supervision, training, and performance feedback, while addressing employee issues and fostering open communication across all levels of the organization.
• Ensure operational excellence by monitoring activity (including sales and record control), tracking performance against organizational objectives, and maintaining productivity, safety standards, quality control, and cost‑efficiency measures.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics leadership, with specific experience in warehouse fulfillment or e‑commerce management (onsite ordering, picking, packing, and shipping).
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and skills in monitoring daily production goals to dynamically meet company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Proven ability in resolving conflicts, managing team dynamics, and maintaining effective working relationships with co‑workers and other business areas.
• Physical requirements lifting at least 40 lbs, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed, in environments with varying temperatures and noise levels. Frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping. Note: After an offer is accepted, all selected applicants must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
