Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm - 11:30pm) in Kentucky. You will lead a warehouse team, prepare schedules, and drive continuous improvement to ensure top-tier customer service.

The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanners, and a flexible schedule including possible overtime and weekends. A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Communicate with leadership and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
