Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Kentucky seeks a Supply Chain Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm–11:30pm).

You will lead daily warehouse operations, prepare schedules, and coach the team to raise performance while maintaining safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanners, and the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned/unplanned overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Prepare schedules
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Always maintain a clean environment
