Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Supervisor to lead a warehouse team on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:30pm) in Kentucky.

You will oversee daily operations, schedules, coaching, and continuous improvement while ensuring top-notch customer service and adherence to quality standards. Required are 2 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's in Logistics (or related field), bilingual English/Spanish, and experience with MS Office and warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
