Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Fairdale, KY. You will lead daily warehouse operations, prepare schedules, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

This role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanners, and flexibility for overtime including weekends. A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics is preferred and bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a warehouse setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and scanner equipment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule with overtime, including weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily warehouse operations and scheduling.
• Supervise the team and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to company quality policy and 7S program.
• Communicate with leadership and other departments.
