Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2:30pm-11:00pm) with flexibility for 1st shift during peak season.

The role focuses on leading warehouse operations, scheduling, coaching, and driving continuous improvement to meet customer service standards. Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and scanner tech, and a Bachelor’s in Logistics or related field.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to GXO's 7S program and quality policy.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
