Job summary

VF Corporation’s Danville Distribution Center is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift, Sundays to Thursdays, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM. The role oversees replenishment, picking, and value-added services, ensuring accurate inventory with WMS and scanners, while coordinating inbound/outbound flow and safety adherence.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in warehousing, OSHA knowledge, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related warehouse experience
• Knowledge of inventory control processes including cycle counts and reconciliations
• Familiarity with inventory accuracy checks (lot numbers, expiration dates)

Responsibilities

• Supervise replenishment, picking, and value-added services to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely
• Record inventory movements using WMS and handheld scanners
• Verify quantities, lot numbers and locations to maintain accuracy
• Coordinate inbound/outbound activities and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain documentation and comply with audit requirements
• Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to meet daily goals
