Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Clerk for our on-site facility. You will manage shipping documentation, dispatch drivers, and handle WMS transactions to keep freight moving on schedule.

The role requires strong computer skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. The position includes mandatory overtime and occasional weekend shifts, with orientation on Thursdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• Proficient with MS Office and accurate data entry.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Hands-on experience with Tier-1 WMS and forklift or willingness to be certified.

Responsibilities

• Generate, verify, and close outbound shipments with BOLs using WMS.
• Maintain SOPs for shipping records, seal logs, and load boards.
• Audit outbound paperwork for compliance and retrievability.
• Coordinate daily with carriers, greet drivers, and assign doors.
• Support yard operations and communicate dock priorities.
• Assist with receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and loading.
