Corning is seeking a 2nd level technical support professional to monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and processes. You will work with ASRS, pack cells, consolidators, labelers, and banders, performing repairs and preventative maintenance.

Ideal candidates have a related technical degree or 2+ years of experience, and you will certify as MM within six months of training. Strong communication and problem solving are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Related technical degree or 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Must work rotating 12‑hour shifts.
• Must certify as MM within 6 months of training.
• Proficient with common repair tools and mechanical equipment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and learn troubleshooting checklists.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd level technical support and troubleshoot warehouse systems (ASRS, Pack Cells, Consolidator, Labelers, banders).
• Assist with maintenance, inspection, repair, and testing of warehouse equipment.
• Execute preventive maintenance, lubrication, and inspections.
• Participate in daily production with production associates to fulfill orders.
• Collaborate with EMMs, Mechanics, and Electricians to resolve issues.
• Train and coach MM and Level 1 PAs on procedures from DMET and Engineering.
