2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor – Ecommerce

Addison, IL full-time On-site $25/hr - $30/hr

About the Role

CPGIO is seeking an Afternoon Shift Supervisor, Warehouse Operations to lead afternoon fulfillment and receiving operations in a fast-paced ecommerce warehouse environment.

This role is responsible for executing daily production and receiving plans, supporting warehouse associates across picking, packing, kitting, and inbound operations, and ensuring shift goals are completed accurately, safely, and on time. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, adaptable, and comfortable leading teams while managing operational priorities throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead afternoon warehouse operations across picking, packing, kitting, and receiving functions
• Execute daily production and receiving plans to meet operational goals
• Monitor productivity, workflow, and staffing throughout the shift
• Support order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and quality standards
• Oversee inbound shipments, unloading, receiving, and put‑away processes
• Provide hands‑on leadership, coaching, and direction to warehouse associates
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
• Address operational, staffing, or performance issues in real time
• Communicate shift updates, open tasks, and operational priorities during shift handoffs
• Ensure warehouse areas are organized and prepared for the next shift

Requirements

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisor experience preferred
• Experience in ecommerce fulfillment, distribution, or warehouse operations strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and changing operational needs
• Hands‑on leadership style with strong attention to detail
• Experience with warehouse systems or WMS platforms preferred
