Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in production scheduling, quality assurance and personnel.
• Familiar with metal fabrication practices and procedures.
• Familiar with warehouse storage and organization.
• Experience with order planning from pick ticket to shipping.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse and machine shop operations to meet production and shipping goals.
• Coordinate shift activities and assign work priorities to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure all customer orders are picked, processed, and completed on schedule.
• Monitor production activities and equipment to meet quality and specification requirements.
• Assist with machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and workflow as needed.
• Perform and oversee the Monostand area and related production processes.
• Ensure inventory is stored in the correct locations and maintain warehouse organization.
• Execute and/or oversee cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy in ERP.
