Job summary

Bell Textron Inc. seeks a Supervisor Logistics for the 2nd shift at the Fort Worth Logistics Center. You will supervise daily warehouse operations, drive KPI performance, and implement lean improvements to boost speed and quality.

The role reports to the Logistics Manager and requires skills in coordinating across departments and enforcing safety standards. The position involves leading a unionized workforce, managing staffing, and ensuring efficient workflow while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience, with inventory control and shipping/receiving.
• 2+ years of supervising experience in a warehouse/distribution environment preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for daily operations and shift activities.
• Communicate production and shipping requirements to meet KPI targets.
• Train employees to perform tasks safely and efficiently.
• Control department expenses to achieve productivity goals.
• Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Prepare required reports and ensure compliance with safety rules.
