We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation aircraft.
This position is onsite at the Fort Worth Logistics Center (FWLC), located close to south end of DFW airport.
This position is 2nd Shift (3:30PM-12:00AM).
Bell is seeking a Supervisor Logistics (2nd Shift) to support our warehouse operations at our Fort Worth Logistics Center (FWLC), located in Fort Worth, Texas.
Reports directly to the Logistics Manager. Under general guidance, this position is directly responsible for supervising the day‑to‑day workflow, operational efficiency, and production output for a specific department.
Establishes and monitors KPI’s, performance standards, compliance, scheduling, staffing, and auditing activities to meet customer and company objectives of increased speed and quality. Continuous improvement of current processes and ability to enact change will be critical to achieve success.
