Job summary

Bell Textron Fort Worth Logistics Center is seeking a Supervisor Logistics for the 2nd shift to oversee daily warehouse operations, drive KPI performance, and lead a team toward continuous improvement. You will coordinate with multiple functions to meet production and delivery goals while upholding safety standards.

The role requires substantial warehouse supervisory experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with SAP and lean principles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience including inventory control & shipping/receiving.
• 2+ years of supervising experience in warehouse/distribution environments preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Experience with unionized workforce is preferred.
• 2+ years of logistics experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workflow and department operations to meet productivity goals.
• Set KPI targets, monitor performance, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Train and develop staff; enforce labor policies and procedures.
• Control department expenses and optimize productivity.
• Lead lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Prepare and deliver required reports; ensure regulatory compliance.
