Job summary

Bell is seeking a Supervisor Logistics (2nd Shift) to oversee warehouse operations at the Fort Worth Logistics Center, Fort Worth, Texas. You will supervise daily workflow, drive efficiency, manage staffing, and monitor KPI performance to meet speed and quality goals.

This role reports to the Logistics Manager and requires coordinating with internal and external teams, enforcing safety standards, and guiding continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years warehouse or distribution center experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, support, direction, and leadership during daily operations.
• Communicate production/shipping requirements for efficient manpower and KPI development.
• Assist in training employees to perform work safely and productively.
• Control department expenses to achieve productivity goals.
• Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Prepare required reports and ensure compliance with safety rules.
