BWT Logistics is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced 3PL environment. You will lead supervisors and associates, ensure accuracy and timeliness of inbound/outbound activities, and drive safety, quality, and productivity standards.

You will manage labor planning, KPI monitoring, and SOP enforcement while partnering with the WMS team to optimize processes. A strong background in 3PL settings and client SLA delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution center management experience, with at least 2 years in a 3PL environment.
• Proven track record managing teams of 25+ employees across multiple shifts.
• Strong proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Solid understanding of inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment best practices.
• Experience managing client relationships and SLA delivery in a multi-client 3PL setting.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); comfort with data analysis and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Direct inbound and outbound warehouse operations including receiving, put away, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Develop and enforce SOPs to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all functions.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipment, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity.
• Manage labor planning including scheduling, overtime control, and temp staffing to align with client volume fluctuations.
• Oversee cross-docking, VAS, kitting, and client programs as required.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counting programs and corrective action planning.
• Partner with the WMS team to ensure system integrity and process improvements.
• Serve as primary ops contact for assigned 3PL clients, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors and associates.
• Lead safety meetings, incident investigations, and corrective action plans to maintain a safe workplace.
• Manage department budget and drive cost-saving initiatives; champion Lean/5S/CI.
