Job summary

Electrolux Group North America seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead the second shift at the Springfield RDC. You will oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance.

Partner with cross-functional teams, coach warehouse staff, drive Lean improvements, and uphold OSHA standards while delivering exceptional service and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or related field.
• Proven people leadership with coaching and team development.
• Experience reducing costs and improving processes, with change leadership.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and TMS, including load planning and routing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee second shift warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and on‑time shipment performance.
• Monitor KPIs, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Champion safety, quality, and compliance with policies and OSHA standards.
• Partner with Inventory Control, Transportation, Planning, Fulfillment, HR, and Safety teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates through performance management and training.
• Drive Lean and cost‑saving initiatives to improve safety, productivity, and service.
