Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a high-volume warehouse environment preferred.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily work to meet route delivery schedule and adapt as needed.
• Prepare start-of-shift paperwork and distribute by route.
• Serve as point of contact for 2nd shift on safety, training and inquiries.
• Maximize department efficiency through planning and time management.
• Assist with performance management and reinforce company values.
• Conduct new hire training and safety programs.
• Ensure safe operation and reporting of hazards.
