WSI (Warehouse Specialists, LLC) is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead to supervise, coordinate and execute warehouse activities for a safe, efficient operation in Neenah, WI. This full-time hourly role reports to the Assistant Facility Manager and may require weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.

The Lead will review safety codes, monitor orders, assist in hiring, plan shift objectives, forecast labor needs, coach staff, conduct reviews, inspect inventories, and support continuous

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in fulfillment operations.
• At least 1 year picking/packing into pallets for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities on 2nd shift.
• Plan shift objectives and monitor performance.
• Coordinate orders, inbound/outbound loads, and inventory variances.
• Support hiring and staffing of warehouse team.
• Ensure safety codes and security procedures are followed.
• Coach and develop employees; conduct reviews.
• Assist with customer inventories and process improvements.
• Perform tasks as needed during weekends/holidays/overtime.
