Job summary

Reily Foods Company is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead to assist the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day operations on the 2nd shift.

You will assign daily work, ensure paperwork is ready at shift start, and act as the main contact for 2nd shift staff regarding training, safety and inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of warehousing experience in a high-volume distribution center.
• 2+ years in a lead role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily work to meet route delivery schedule and adapt to changes.
• Ensure start-of-shift paperwork is ready and distributed by route.
• Serve as point of contact for 2nd shift employees on relations, training, safety and inquiries.
• Maximize department efficiency through planning and time management.
• Assist with performance management and training for team members.
• Conduct new hire and specialty trainings as needed.
• Close facility after shift and ensure building safety.
• Follow safety procedures and GMPs; participate in safety initiatives.
• Support food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

2nd Shift Warehouse Lead: M-F, 10am-6:30pm. $$26-$28 an hour!Reily Foods Company has a passion for flavor and has been providing iconic foods and beverages that create meals and memories for over 120 years! Our products consist of New England Coffee, French Market Coffee, Luzianne Iced Tea, Blue Plate Mayonnaise, Swans Down Cake Flour, Tiger Sauce, and Carroll Shelby Chili (to name a few) and can be found in foodservice and retail locations around the country.Job Summary: The Warehouse Lead will assist the Warehouse Manager with monitoring and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the 2nd shift directly supporting the 2nd shift warehouse team.Essential Functions and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
