Job summary

Reily Foods Company is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the 2nd shift in Wilmington, MA. The role supports the Warehouse Manager in day-to-day operations and ensures adherence to delivery schedules, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising 2nd shift staff, coordinating daily tasks, and training new hires while maintaining GMP and workplace safety. Strong organizational and ERP/WMS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years warehousing experience in a high-volume distribution center.
• 2+ years of lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Manager in daily work assignment to meet route delivery schedule.
• Ensure paperwork is ready at start of shift and distributed by route.
• Serve as a point of contact for 2nd shift for employee relations, training, safety, and inquiries.
