Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills required to successfully lead a large team.
• Previous experience in leading people.
• Proficient with SAP, Microsoft Office Excel, and Word.
• Experience with ERP or EMS operations systems required: SAP and Bartender software a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and train employees.

Responsibilities

• Delegates and assigns work duties.
• Coordinates departmental activities with other FNGP personnel, cells, and support functions, internal and external to this facility.
• Identifies and initiates action to prevent nonconformity related to product, process, and quality system.
• Controls further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until deficiency is corrected.
• Supports training and maintains the training matrix within their zone and reporting classes.
• Engages and develops team for continuous improvement.
• Identifies and addresses safety concerns.
• Leads by example and enables a positive workplace.
• Reports work results, concerns, and improvement ideas up the organization.
• Assigns job responsibilities and evaluates for completion.
