Job summary

Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership in Milan, OH is seeking a Warehouse Material Technician for a full-time 2nd shift. You will operate material handling equipment, manage FIFO material flow, and ensure nonconformities are addressed promptly to maintain quality and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or technical training, physical stamina, and strong teamwork. You will participate in daily computer transactions and coordinate with supervisors to keep warehouse operations

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
Willingness to work and adapt to shifting schedules.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Operate material handling equipment and complete daily forklift checklist.
Convey materials from storage to work areas using FIFO methods.
Identify or initiate actions to prevent nonconformities related to product, process and quality.
Control further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until corrected.
Maintain an orderly and clean work area using proper housekeeping.
Read ship lists and manage loading/unloading of materials as instructed.
Perform daily computer transactions and coordinate with supervisor.
Pick material/stock and process shipping orders/returns of surplus stock.
