Job summary

Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies in Troy, Ohio, is seeking an Injection Molding Machine Lead Operator for the 2nd shift to supervise production lines, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and maintain 5S in the assigned area.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least four years in manufacturing, and at least two years of experience operating injection molding machines and mold tooling, plus experience with measuring tools.

• 4+ years manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years injection molding machine experience.
• 2+ years mold and tooling equipment experience.
• 2+ years measuring/inspection tools experience.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand long periods.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and safety procedures.
• Shift/overtime availability.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment used in production process.
• Lead the injection molding line with focus on output and uptime.
