Job summary

WSI (Warehouse Specialists, LLC) in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is seeking a dynamic 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead to supervise daily warehouse activities, ensuring safe, efficient operations and high‑quality service. You will report to the Facility Manager on a full‑time, hourly basis, working Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime as operations demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of leadership experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to lead a diverse team.
• Proficient with WMS, RF scanners, and forklift operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities and maintain safe, efficient operations.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound orders and address inventory discrepancies.
• Plan shift objectives, monitor KPIs, and communicate with the team.
• Assist in hiring and training; conduct performance reviews.
• Forecast labor needs with leads to control costs and support operations.
• Provide hands-on leadership during non-standard hours and emergencies.
• Support customer physical inventories and on-site tours.
