Job summary

Warehouse-Specialists, LLC is seeking a dynamic 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead in Fond du Lac, WI to supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety and efficiency. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with occasional weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities include coordinating inbound/outbound activities, addressing inventory discrepancies, participating in hiring, and leading shift objectives. Requires HS diploma and 3+ years leadership in warehousing.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with prompt issue resolution.
• Strong planning, staffing, and execution of warehouse operations.
• Ability to lead a diverse workforce and communicate objectives.
• Available for non-standard hours and after-hours emergencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Manage inbound/outbound activities and address inventory discrepancies.
• Assist in hiring to maintain staffing levels on shift.
• Set shift objectives, monitor KPIs, and communicate with team.
• Forecast labor needs with leads to control costs and support as an LTO.
• Coach and train employees; conduct performance reviews.
