Requires 3+ years of warehouse experience and ability to operate a forklift and electric pallet jack. Base hourly wage ranges from $23.43 to $31.59 with a $0.50 per hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of related warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate forklift and electric pallet jack.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and assign tasks to production staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor floor operations, provide real-time problem solving and support.
• Coach and train staff on procedures, safety practices, and processes.
• Lead safety, quality, and productivity initiatives and support process improvements.
