Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking skilled forklift operators to safely maneuver stand-up or sit-down forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse. You will load, unload, pick, and store pallets, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

We offer a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30pm-12am) with hourly pay plus a shift differential and eligibility for a productivity bonus. Join a growth-oriented team committed to reliability and safety in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification.
• A true team player with strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to move orders and keep customers happy.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the right bays to keep warehouse moving.
• Tackle other duties as needed within training and scope.
