Job summary

Scholastic is seeking a full-time Warehouse Lead with Stand-up lift experience to support our Maumelle, AR location on 3:00 pm–11:30 pm shift. The role requires leading a small team, training new processes, and ensuring safe, efficient operations with powered equipment.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, coordinating daily wave production, and maintaining labor data accuracy. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and discounts on Scholastic merchandise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have previous stand-up lift experience.
• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to read English safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with orientation and train associates on Product Coordinator functions.
• Direct a small team in designated warehouse areas.
• Train, coach, and motivate the warehouse team.
• Lead branch training for new processes and procedures.
• Plan daily start-up meetings and assist with labor data collection.
