SI Scholastic Inc. in West Chester, OH is seeking a Warehouse Lead / Lift Operator to supervise a small team and manage shift operations. The role runs 3:30 pm to 12:00 am, Monday through Friday, with a $21.00 base rate plus a $1.50 shift premium for hours between 2:00 am and 6:00 am.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus (If certified – must be at least 18).
• Ability to demonstrate basic product scanner proficiency with minimal errors.
• Strong team player with good verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new-hire orientation and train associates in functions.
• Direct a small team in one or more warehouse areas under supervision.
• Train, coach, mentor, and motivate the warehouse team.
• Serve as branch trainer for new processes and procedures.
• Lead daily start-up meetings and coordinate Wave production planning.
• Drive continuous process improvement for warehouse functions.
• Perform basic supervisory tasks in the absence of the supervisor.
• Monitor supplies and equipment and coordinate reorders.
