Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• 1–2 years supervising or leading people in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily warehouse activities and directs the team.
• Oversee training of warehouse personnel and ensure processes are followed.
• Interview hourly teammates and document performance discussions.
• Coordinates with other departments to improve processes.
• Promotes safety culture and policy compliance.
