Job summary

Boxzooka is seeking a Warehouse Lead for 2nd Shift (5:00 PM – 3:30 AM) to drive daily warehouse operations. The role requires at least 5 years of leadership experience and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

You will coach staff, coordinate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, inventory, and shipping. Ideal candidates bring strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish – required.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates during the assigned shift.
• Assign daily tasks and coordinate workflow to meet goals.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure receiving, picking, packing, inventory, and shipping are accurate.
• Train new and existing staff on procedures, safety, and productivity.
• Communicate priorities and updates to the team.
• Identify and resolve workflow issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist with inventory organization and cycle counting.
• Use scanners, computers, WMS, and warehouse tech.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Support start-up meetings and team communications.
• Help ensure orders are completed on schedule.
