Job summary

Labor Solutions, LLC in the Midwest is hiring a Bilingual Team Lead (English/Spanish) to oversee kitting and warehouse operations on the 2nd shift. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on productivity, quality, and team coordination.

Must be flexible to train on the 1st shift before transitioning to the 2nd shift. You will lead daily kitting, packaging, labeling, and work orders, communicating instructions in English and Spanish to ensure accuracy and on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, kitting, or manufacturing experience.
• Previous lead or team leadership experience.
• Ability to read work orders and follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shift.
• Flexibility to train on 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitting, packaging, and labeling operations.
• Assign work, prioritize orders, and meet production goals.
• Perform hands-on production work as needed.
• Communicate instructions in English & Spanish.
• Train and support team members.
• Ensure accuracy of kits using work orders and BOMs.
• Perform quality checks and resolve issues.
• Maintain 5S standards and a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with inventory, shipping, and production teams.
