Winland Foods is seeking an Entry Warehouse Team Member for the Buckner, KY area. The role supports production, packaging and shipping with responsibilities including material movement, FIFO/FEFO inventory, and adherence to SQF, GMP, HACCP standards.

The position is full-time, 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm, with opportunities for growth and training. Hours include overtime as required; compensation starts at $22.44 per hour with shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; forklift certification with training a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts, box trucks and SAP inventory management systems.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (e.g., forklift, SAP).
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines and related equipment.
• Move materials with FIFO rotation and stage materials to prevent downtime.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA and safety policies.
• Provide training and guidance to teammates and participate in continuous improvement.
