Job summary

PFP Logistics LLC in Pooler, GA is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead 40+ associates across multiple cold storage warehouses. You will supervise unloading containers, palletize floor-load product, and coordinate daily operations in Receiving.

You will train staff on safety and best practices, monitor productivity, manage documentation, and build strong client relations. 3+ years supervising teams, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervising a team towards goals or SLAs.
• Strong verbal and written communication in a business environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage 40+ associates at multiple cold storage warehouses.
• Supervise unloading containers and palletize floor-load product.
• Monitor productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
• Train staff on procedures, equipment use, and cold storage best practices.
• Maintain documentation and communicate discrepancies or damages.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding.
• Analyze Profit and Loss statements.
