Job summary

Owens & Minor Distribution Inc. is hiring a Distribution Team - Equipment Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2PM-10:30PM). You will unload, pick, sort, and load products using RF scanners and Voice Pick Technology in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

With compensation of $18.50 per hour plus 8% shift differential, this role requires basic math, attention to detail, and reliability. Prior warehouse experience is a plus; forklift operation may be required.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of math, reading, basic accounting, typing, etc.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse/distribution center a plus
• Warehouse/Operations certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Unloads pallets and cases from inbound trailers and/or containers manually using a pallet jack.
• Selects products and quantities with Voice Pick Technology and RF scanner and places items into totes.
• Prepares sortation area and moves cartons to pallets or carts for batching.
• Uses RF scanner to ensure totes and pallets are loaded correctly onto trucks.
• Follows procedures, maintains safety, conducts inventories, and supports team as needed.
