Job summary

Owens & Minor in the United States is seeking a Distribution Team - Equipment Operator to perform warehouse tasks with minimal equipment, unload inbound shipments, and prepare pick locations to support accurate outbound processing.

You will use RF scanning and Voice Pick Technology, count inventory, and maintain safe, clean work areas while meeting productivity targets. Competitive hourly pay starts at $19.29 with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of math, reading, and basic accounting concepts.
• Prior experience in a warehouse/distribution center is a plus.
• Warehouse/Operations certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload pallets/cases from inbound trailers using pallet jack.
• Accurately count, verify, and receive product with RF equipment and/or Voice Pick.
• Select products with Voice Pick Technology and place into totes on conveyor.
• Sortation: prepare pallets and carts for product flow.
• Load: ensure totes and pallets are correctly loaded onto trucks.
