Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Distribution Teammate - Equipment Operator to perform warehouse tasks with minimal use of equipment. You will unload, receive, replenish, pick, pack, and load outbound products while following safety and quality standards.

The role requires accuracy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Pre-employment screening applies and forklift operation may be required.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of basic topics and math
• Prior warehouse/distribution center experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn new equipment and WMS technology
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, count and verify inbound shipments using RF/Voice Pick
• Perform picking, packing, and loading for outbound orders
• Conduct bin replenishment and sortation tasks as directed
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow SOPs
