Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate equipment, unload inbound shipments, and prepare orders in a fast-paced distribution center in Flower Mound, TX. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely processing with night-to-evening shifts.

Responsibilities include using RF/Voice/Visual Pick technology, handling reach trucks and pallet jacks, and ensuring quality control while supporting team objectives. Strong attendance and willingness to learn new systems are essential.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of a variety of basic topics (math, reading, basic accounting, typing, etc.)
• Prior experience working in a warehouse/distribution center a plus.
• Warehouse/Operations certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Use RF/Voice Pick/Visual Pick technology to perform tasks.
• Operate manual and motorized material handling equipment (order picker, reach truck, double reach, motorized pallet jack).
• Unload pallets and cases from inbound trailers and/or containers; verify variances.
• Pick, pack, and load outbound products per customer specs and build pallets.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety procedures.
