Job summary

Garelick Farms, part of Dairy Farmers of America, is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse/Cooler Operator-Robot to load/unload, store, and move items in a refrigerated warehouse. You will read schedules, process orders, and maintain inventory accuracy while working in a team-focused environment.

A sign-on bonus and shift differential apply. The role requires ability to operate a forklift, read shipment details, and ensure cleanliness and safety in the cold storage area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience.
• Forklift, walk-behind jack, or other related certifications may be required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload stacks and move items to racks according to product code.
• Store perishable goods in refrigerated area.
• Maintain organization and stock rotation in coolers and warehouse.
• Fulfill requisitions or work orders and distribute to production workers.
• Accurately pull and prepare customer orders for shipping and loading onto trucks/trailers.
• Check shipment details and bills of lading for accuracy.
