Job summary

Sonwil Distribution Center, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Clerk for 2nd shift at our West Seneca, NY facility. You will oversee warehouse dock operations, check in drivers, and process documents such as BOLs and packing slips.

This role requires strong communication and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone and email, maintaining records, and coordinating with CSRs and other departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills expected.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail required.
• Proactive and able to take initiative.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal/external clients.
• Manage and check-in drivers efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain records of inbounds, BOLs, packing slips, schedules and orders.
• Perform data entry as needed.
• Communicate via phone and email with internal departments.
• Prioritize and multi-task client requests daily.
• Obtain and evaluate information to handle inquiries/complaints.
• Respond promptly and courteously to client requests.
• All other duties as assigned.
