Job summary

Sonwil Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Clerk for the 2nd shift at our West Seneca, NY facility. The role focuses on dock operations, driver check-in, and accurate documentation, with duties including BOLs, packing slips, and ordering items.

You will coordinate with CSRs and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
• Respond in a prompt and courteous manner to client requests.
• All other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $17.70 To $18.96 Annually

***This position is located at our facility on 4900 North America Drive in West Seneca***

As a Warehouse Clerk, one will be responsible for items related to managing the Warehouse dock and checking in drivers. This includes order/load verification, keeping track of open/full doors, assigning doors, contacting drivers, printing BOL's and packing slips, communicating with CSRs, answering phone calls, responding to email, and other assignments as requested.
