Responsibilities

• Maintain records and track items (inbounds, BOLs, packing slips, schedules, orders).
• Perform data entry as needed.
• Daily communication via phone and email with internal departments.
• Prioritize multiple client requests daily.
• Respond promptly and courteously to client requests.
• All other duties as assigned.
