Job summary

Sonwil Logistics is seeking a Fulfillment Warehouse Clerk for the 1st shift in Depew, NY. The role focuses on managing the warehouse dock, checking in drivers, and handling daily clerical tasks to support shipping and receiving operations.

You will perform data entry, maintain records, and communicate with drivers and internal teams to ensure accurate loads, timely deliveries, and smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Initiative and self-motivation.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service.
Manage and check-in drivers efficiently.
Maintain records and track items (inbounds, BOLs, packing slips, schedules, orders).
Perform data entry as needed.
Daily communication via phone and email with internal departments.
Prioritize and multi-task client requests daily.
Respond promptly and courteously to client requests.
All other duties as assigned.
