United States Cold Storage, Inc. in La Vergne, TN is seeking a reliable 2nd shift warehouse associate to support facility operations, unload/load trailers, build pallets, and ensure proper storage.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, lift up to 50 lbs regularly (70 lbs occasionally with help), and work in temperatures from +50°F to -30°F with moderate noise. Training on forklifts, scanners, and other warehouse tools provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Bend and lift up to 50 lbs regularly; 70 lbs occasionally with assistance.
• Work in temperatures from +50°F to -30°F with moderate noise.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; use hands for handling objects.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, scanners, and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load trailers; verify correct product stacking and pallet integrity.
• Ensure all customer product is accounted for and stored properly.
• Identify damaged product; report shortages/overages to supervisor.
• Assist in inventories and prepare product for shipment.
• Move product to railcars/trailers and operate safety equipment.
• Maintain neat, clean, orderly work area; follow safety procedures.
