United States Cold Storage in La Vergne, TN, is hiring for a 2nd shift Warehouse Associate. You will handle pallet building, loading/unloading, operating safety equipment, ensuring product integrity, and assisting with inventory and pick/pack tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to bend and lift heavy objects regularly.
• Work in cold temperatures (+50F to -30F).
• Physically able to stand, walk, and maneuver for long periods.
• Operate scanners, tablets, radios, and warehouse equipment.
• Communicate effectively and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load trailers and ensure proper pallet stacking.
• Ensure customer product is accounted for and within temperature range before storage.
• Identify damaged product and report shortages/overages.
• Assist in inventories and prepare product for shipment.
• Stack, wrap, and secure pallets for transport.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
